How to reference the Mental Capacity Act 2005

Postby Toria » Sat Mar 23, 2013 10:31 pm

Hi all,

My brain has melted and I can't for the life of me work out how to reference the Mental Capacity Act 2005. Any guidance more than welcome. Virtual mini eggs to anyone who can put me out of my reference-based misery!

I've never personally referenced a law/act. But a google search came up with this?
