First time applying and I'm a career-changer so I'm surprised and delighted to have two chances this year.

I feel like the Bath extra statement of values might have helped to swing it for me there - it's an opportunity to really tailor your experience and values to their particular course ethos.

Great big bums. :(

Not gonna lie. Pretty gutted that so far I haven't made any visible improvement on last year as far as getting interviews goes.

Posting in solidarity with fellow repeated-year reds and to congratulate all greens so far! :)

Just today and tomorrow to go folks. Nearly there either way!

Not yet had a response from Cov & Warwick via email but there has been an update on the clearing house website. So final results are....

Lancaster
Cov & Warwick
Leicester
Birmingham

Really pleased to have an interview at my first choice uni and so glad the wait is over! Good luck to everyone with interviews or on reserve lists and be kind to yourself reds.

Edinburgh
Glasgow
Leeds
Newcastle

Queen's

This is torture...

Anyone else heard from Queen's? My friend got a reserve list letter but I have nothing - good news or bad? I assume all the interviews went out in one batch so not a good sign :(

Plymouth

1st time applying, very suprised and now have the unexpected anxiety of interviews!
Also struggling with the wait for Plymouth as that's my preferable course. Hoping I don't have to wait until the end of tomorrow to know.

Congratulations to all the greens, and I hope those without interviews are still feeling determined for next time.

Congratulations! Hope you don't mind but really curious to know why you think you have so consistently appealed to Edinburgh selectors? Nicely done!

So, here it goes for me:

Glasgow (fine! you were not my first choice anyway  )
Edinburgh !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So 'almost' 75% success rate in interview progress this year!

Looking forward to see fellow candidates at the Edinburgh Interview :)

Good question albot. I think I really target my application to Edinburgh and I seem to do well in the additional questions they set. For personal reasons I'll be staying in Scotland so I don't particularly focus on the others when applying. I'm also trained as a CAAP which I think is seen as quite important to Scottish selectors. Hope that helps!

Second time applying, after having received 0 interviews last year - I refined my application and made it ALOT more reflective and applied to Lancaster who use the shortlisting test:

Lancaster
Newcastle
Teesside
Oxford

Now it's time for the hard part .........

Hi
Congratulations to those with interviews. :) Can I ask how those with interviews for Edinburgh were notified...was it just an email or letter as well?

Thanks,
