Might as well get this one kickstarted as well :D Any other forum users accepted their place already? Don't think it's actually sunk in still...

Greetings! Sadly I'm not in your cohort, but am an ex Newcastle doctorate grad. I just wanted to say hi, congratulations, and if anyone had any Newcastle related queries to feel free to message me. Very best wishes X

Hey,

I have also accepted Newcastle! Shall be making a trek over Hadrian's Wall. I take it the Romans have gone?

Hey! I have also accepted a place at Newcastle and will be moving down from Scotland. I was wondering if anyone else is looking to rent a flat and would be up for up for looking together? It might be useful to start a facebook group so we can all chat that way. x

I was planning on looking for places in the next few weeks. Not really sure what the situation it like down there, but have had a few suggestions from people. Drop me a DM and we can get a facebook group going :)

For anyone who's coming to Newcastle in September, I've created a facebook group just so we can start chatting and making arrangements :) hopefully this link takes you to the group https://www.facebook.com/groups/1903594019920969/

Hi,

I've just sent a request to join the FB group.

I've been down to Newcastle a few times whilst I was working in Dumfries to search for places and identified an area of interest. There's a fair amount of property up at the moment for shared, individual letting and buying. I'm told more will come on the market in the net couple of months by various letting agencies and estate agents.
