You might already know this, but I checked with the course last week and they confirmed that the course will be starting on September 25th. Just wanted to let you all know :)

Hollie x

Thanks for letting us know. :D

Just the question about when I finish my current post now and balance it with some time off before the course...

The reality of it all is starting to sink in (finally)!

Thanks for the start date, that's good to know!

Is anyone else finding it hard to decide which placement to do? I feel like it's such a big decision!

Thanks Hollie. Did they say anything about when well be sent DBS forms to complete?

Boundless, I found it difficult deciding too.I've completed the form now but haven't sent it off yet in case I change my mind :) What are you leaning towards?

I like the sound of the physical health placement as that is something I haven't done before!

Am I being really keen by suggesting we maybe make a Facebook group or something? It might be a bit more private!

A Facebook group sounds like a good idea, be useful throughout the training to have a place to easily communicate as well!

Hi everyone,

I have just accepted my place at Birmingham! :) Facebook group sounds like a good idea. I'm also finding it difficult to choose placement preference, I like the fact that it's 10 months though!

Looking forward to meeting you all!

Hi all, so I made a group but I set it to secret - so to be added could you all PM me your email address? And then I think you get sent an invitation. If I post the link it doesn't seem to work!

Hi all, hope you don't mind me jumping on this post. I am not starting training this year, however I wondered whether someone would be able to tell me when the training is starting? I'm currently on a training programme which is. Due to end mid Sept 2018 and hoping t apply for next years cohort of clin psy training, preferably Birmingham as I live nearby. However, if Bham course starts before my current programme ends then I will put it off another year. Thanks in advance, and congratulations to everyone on getting their places :-) becky
