Hello! I've also accepted my offer and so will be joining you in September. Are you local to the area or are you moving? :)

I'll be moving from a few hours away! Do you recommend any nice areas to live in Birmingham? I don't know it that well at all! Seems like a nice city though so quite excited to get exploring.

Harbourne bourneville and Moseley are lovely. I know quite a few CP's who live in Moseley. Sutton Coldfield and Bearwood may also be worth looking at for more affordable rent. Lots of my colleagues are from Birmingham so I will ask them for you today. I live in Sandwell, so only really go into Birmingham for cocktails and shopping lol. What day did you interview?

Congratulations Jack!! Did you move to Birmingham for work? You're probably in a better position than me to advise Boundless on nice areas in Birmingham.

I did yeah! I currently work in Clent which is actually a village about 20 minutes drive from Birmingham but i wanted to be close to all the things Birmingham has to offer.

I currently live in Edgbaston (although on the other side to the uni) the rent here is considerably cheaper than it would be on the other side, although perhaps not as visually impressive haha. I think you highlighted all of the places i would suggest really, there are lots of reasonably priced places out there if you look and the uni is easy to access as it isn't directly in the city centre (although if you choose to live in the city centre you can get the train from new street to uni station).

And congratulations to you all as well! Still doesn't really feel real! :D

Aww my family and I used to go for walks around client hills when I was younger. It's lovely there. I know what you mean, I'm eager for them to send out all the paper work so we can get the ball rolling :D. What day did you interview?

Hi Hollie

Congratulations! So exciting. Have you handed in the paperwork they sent out yet? I've handed in some of the forms but haven't decided on which placement I'd like for the first year yet.
