I haven't heard anything from plymouth so I assume it was a no for me ☹️
You'd think that they would let everyone know on the same day, even if it's a no ...

I interviewed Thursday morning for Plymouth and haven't heard either, so most likely a no
I agree that it would have been nice for everyone to hear at the same time, regardless of it being a yes or no!

Just got the "No" email from Plymouth. Gutted as it was my first choice, but trying to cut myself some slack seeing as it was the first interview for the training I'd ever attended! Still two more to go...

Good luck to all those interviewing this week!

Bit of a random thing, but I met someone at the leeds interview yesterday who worked on a ward near me, (fulmar), I didn't get chance to catch your name as we were being dragged out for the interviews to start! But I'm so sorry I didn't catch it!

That's all :D

Good luck to all those waiting to hear (tomorrow) from Leeds! The interview process was lovely there- I commend the staff and current trainees for being so genuinely helpful, kind and funny. I also met a girl there who was interviewing at the same time as me who was fab - fingers crossed for us all! :)

Leeds .........Leeds
Manchester
Oxford
Teesside

Not too phased to be honest as nearly finished my counselling psychology course (viva in June eep) so got plenty to look forwards to. It also takes the decision out of my hands to consider a bit of a pay drop and in other ways some potential steps backwards considering I've worked hard to get into a senior position and needed to carve my own path in someways.

I'm going to enjoy getting more publications out there and working with clients presenting with complexity for the time being. I can also progress with more management components of Psychology through other means.

I genuinely hope others got the outcome they wanted from Leeds and elsewhere. The course directors seemed lovely and the carer and service user panel was great.

That's interesting - nearly finished the Counselling Psychology course but want to get on the Clinical Psychology course? I'd be interested in hearing more about this!

Thanks random. I'm not sure how I'm feeling about it all right now. I knew I had messed up a couple of the questions at Leeds, but I really must commend them, it was such a positive experience, even the rejection email was really lovely.

But my heart isn't in it at the minute, I need to take stock and reevaluate in a few weeks xox.

Thanks randomswirls.

Bluegoat - I've pmd you as I did not want to derail the progress thread but if the moderators wish to make a thread out of it then I'm fine to answer questions more publically :)
