Free online mindfulness for research?

Free online mindfulness for research?

Post by mungle » Fri Jul 14, 2017 3:12 pm

Hello, I am trying to find an online mindfulness package for some researchers to use in their study. However, there is no funding and I wondered if anyone had come across any free programmes or had any comments or suggestions? Any advice appreciated.

Not sure whether there are free ones to use for research, but I would recommend trying to get in touch with some of the groups running the various programmes, e.g. headspace, Smilingmind, etc

Some of them are keen on collaborating and might offer discounts (or even free programmes) for researchers to give to participants. Ultimately it could be good publicity for them (;

Good luck (:

This may not be exactly what you need (not a programme per se) but it's a free resource for mindfulness / relaxation. https://www.ntw.nhs.uk/resource-library ... echniques/

I think UCLA Mindfulness Centre might do it.

Otherwise I wonder about things like Frantic world etc?
