Re: UCL Trainee PWP application for September 2017 start

I've just spoken to UCL Admissions. They received a large number of submissions so it's taking them a while to go through them. If your application still says Under Assessment it means that it hasn't been looked at yet. Apparently, it can take up to 6 weeks from the closing date for them to send out...

Re: How many Applications before you got accepted onto PWP p

Guys thank you very much for your responses, I've also noted down the possible interview questions for that lucky day that I get 'the call' :-) It's nice to hear that people are going through the same thing. As someone who did Distance Study and am still in my current career (Finance) this forum is ...

How many Applications before you got accepted onto PWP prog

First of all congrats to everyone who's heard back from UCL and been successful for the March 2016 intake. Unfortunately, I wasn't :-( Disappointed ? of course but I've decided to revise my expectations and explore other options. I was just wondering how many tries did it take people before they got...

Re: Trainee PWP 2015

Well done to everyone that has gotten on and good luck to those with interviews! Beyond the email a few days ago from UCL PALS saying they were still recruiting, I haven't heard anything from any of the Services I applied to. Do people get told either way if they're on or not or it is worth followin...

Re: Trainee PWP 2015

Does anyone know if they call instead of emailing ?

For the past 3 days I have kept missing a call from a 'Private Number' and they've been calling between 7pm and 7.30pm 7.30pm)

My spidey senses are tingling.......

Brent / Harrow IAPT Services

Could anyone please tell me of their experiences as a PWP trainee and PWP within these services ?
Things you've liked the most or least about working there

Many thanks!

Re: IAPT trainee posts outside London and south?

Hi Indigo,

Not really insider knowledge per se but have seen some outside London ones advertised on
-NHS Website
-Indeed Jobs UK
-JobisJob website

the last 2 are via agencies and mostly Non-NHS

Hope this helps
Good luck!

PWP Trainee application process 2015 - Changed ?

Hi I'm interested in the 2015 PWP Trainee programme in London. I've registered to the NHS website and receive alerts there but so far most of these have been for positions outside London and the only PWP roles are for the fully qualified. I've been proactive and had a little nosey round the websites...

Re: Career changer to Psych: IAPT app advice pls!

Miriam thanks for your response. I did not mean to imply that I was excluding Clin Psych solely on the basis of my age... in all honesty yes I do feel my age may make it harder based on my research into the field and people I have spoken to who work within Clinical Psychology but when it comes down ...

Career changer to Psych: IAPT app advice pls!

Hi I've been a voyeur on this forum for a while now and have really loved the wealth of information on here and appreciated the sense of community but this is the first time I'm actually posting. A bit of my background. My 1st degree (grad in 2004) was in Economics, embarked on a career within Inves...
