Re: what is 'supportive therapy'

Might it be similar to Supportive Counselling which they used in the AVATAR study?

Re: The Great Big Progress Thread for 2017 entry DClinPsy

Just because I felt in a horrible limbo all day thought it might be better to know...I got a call from Bath today that I'm very far down the reserve list (as in they said not to expect to get a place). Was also expecting to see people post here, perhaps they just let reserve people know?

Thanks Charlie and Randomswirls. I thought that might be the case (RE: you just start on the lowest point) but thank you very much for confirming, really appreciate it.

NHS AP position...is the starting salary negotiable?

I am over the moon to have been offered my first AP post last week but I have a slightly awkward/tricky question and I'm not sure where to direct it so thought I would test the waters here. The post was advertised as Band 4 (£19,027-£22,236). My offer letter came through today and the starting salar...

Re: 2016 MSc Applied Psychology for Children and Young Peopl

Hi Polka, very shocked but I did get an email saying I had been accepted for an interview. Really have my fingers and toes crossed for everyone!

I'm very nervous too Esme, not had experience of the interview either so feel I'm in over my head already!

Hope everyone hears soon!

Re: 2016 MSc Applied Psychology for Children and Young Peopl

Just checked the website because I thought we'd find out on Monday... "If you have submitted an application, you will be advised by email no earlier than the week commencing 12th October 2015 whether you have been short-listed for interview. Please do not contact us before 14th October 2015, as we w...

Re: 2016 MSc Applied Psychology for Children and Young Peopl

Hellooooo

I've applied for the course but the more I read about other people's experiences the less likely I think it is that I'll get an interview, I just want to know either way at this point!

Good luck everyone
