Re: Help me pick a doctorate course

I would say Essex. I would say its ethos is similar to Salomons and uel. First-year CBT and psychodynamic teaching (at Tavi). Re: When do I need the necessary experience by?

Really sorry if this has been asked before, but I wasn't able to find an answer myself. I've just obtained a research assistant position within the NHS working with individuals with depression. If I apply for the doctorate this year, I will have a full years experience by the time I would be starti...

Re: Visa related issue

that means I will not be able to do the course for another 3 years when I eventually get indefinite leave to remain. I don't understand this. Surely the day it becomes indefinite leave to remain you are eligible for the course? I think OP means "until" instead of "when". For the original question, ...

Re: International (Canadian) Applying to Clinical Doctorate

I know two people teaching in my course, both had their clinical doctorate degrees in a European country, then applied BPS for conversion. One of them said she did additional placements at Tavistock to get her degree recognized. They both had their degrees ratified at the end and work as clinical ps...

Re: Did you study a Masters?

In terms of gaining a place on the doctorate, it depends on a number of factors, including your undergrad ma...
