Would be quite sad to think the majority of nursing staff would share this opinion, of either psychologists or psychiatrists...

Either way, you've managed to gain the 'golden' AP post, and even though you'll probably be disappointed about not getting onto the course this year, another year of gaining this experience in this role, combined with your MRes will put you in a very good position for next year surely...
