Interesting topic . I personally don't think it's a good idea. Applied psychology is hierarchical and eletist at the best of times and this further division of 'qualified' and 'unqualified' adds to the power dynamic. I spoke to our HR department and they had no clue - they were waiting on information from the trust, I hope it wont vary across trusts (depending on their budgets).
