I've heard similar, 6 months - 2 years but I'm not sure how often this is enforced.

In my current service, a PWP working for a consortium partner applied for a trainee high intensity after a year and bit of qualifying. They were successful and the condition of paying back was not enforced.

It is good to check if it has changed but I also think that for the core profession criteria, it is to be registered with a governing body like Victoriomantic has said.

But if not, you definitively have enough experience for the KSA route.

I think it depends on when the cut off mark is for payroll compared with when you start but generally I have been paid at the end of the month (for the 2 weeks that I have worked).
