It's a film about extreme weather which drove all the sharks to the shore, and then a tornado that sucked up sharks while it was over the ocean and dumped them across the city, where they ate everyone. Terrible CGI graphics and a horrific script, but it was so bad it was SO GOOD! I WANT TO SEE THIS...
