Re: Reflections on 4th application and not on training

Thanks for posting this- I too have a tendency to over prepare and I have to wonder (As I can't get feedback yet from my courses), if this is something that has worked against me this year, especailly in clinical role play! Sometimes it's so hard to find the balance between prepared and "robot". I d...

Re: Reserve list for places

So I think things are stil...

Re: Interview failures to successes

messing up for me was freezing, not showing stuff I totally knew, not having the courage to be myself but instead trying to second-guess what they were looking for and looking like a blathering idiot. Maybe I don't have what it takes but I do know that I was like a rabbit in headlights and I am usu...

Re: Reserve list for places

I know how people are feeling. Staffs won't give any information about anything including movement last year. I suppose there might be pros to not knowing too much detail maybe lol. Is there any other staffs reserves? The only thing I have figured out is that two of the 15 places have been accepted...

X Hey, I'm not on at Newcastle but I am at teesside, it probably won't move very much until after Edinburgh interviews. I know one place has been confirmed though (it's my friend!)...

It is, it's awful!! Hoepfully Staff will give you a little guidance though. Teesside won't even tell us if places have been accepted! (Which obviously we know they have due to here!)

Re: Reserve list for places

People waiting on Teesside- I called them today. They won't tell people anything. I only asked if there had been movement, but the woman said they aren't giving out ANY information. I know a couple of people on the list have taken themselves off, and it has moved.. but I know this from unofficial so...

Re: The Great Big Progress Thread for 2015

So I'm now a Newcastle . Number 24  No chance at all. Newcastle was my only interview this year. I'm not feeling as bad considering the outcome. With this result I can go on my honeymoon in September. There is always next year. 24?! That's a long reserve list! Enjoy your honeymoon though! I ...
