I know of a few applicants this year who have been on reserve list for places in the past and not even getting interviews this time. The process is difficult, and naturally different people will be looking at the forms each year and everyone has a different opinion.We can't take it to heart. Good lu...

I am wondering if anyone know when we will hear back from Teesside? I am wondering if they will let the applicants know earlier because their interview week is scheduled a week earlier this year - or it doesn't work like that at all? I have a feeling it will be this week too. Its a horrible waiting...
