I'd agree with the above poster, dont burn yourself out - focus on getting the most out of this job (and you won't if you're tired) About, 3 months ago I was in a similar position (worrying about research experience), today I'm taking lead on a research project at the job I already had! Wow most of you guys have got it reasonably easy! My old job was 45-50 min drive and my current one is about 1 hour 40.. but its all trains and tubes.

How long does it take for you to commute to work?

Im about to start commuting to work, and in the area I live a lot of my friends commute 1-2+ hours as a norm, each way.

Just interested to see if this is true for us lot?
