I applied to Redbridge and Waltham Forest. Currently feeling bit fed up as living in Luton and the same role came up here but was removed due to application volume before i could submit. Was only up for 36 hrs :( trying to stay positive!

Just wondering how shortlisting is done? Does anyone know if it's by borough or all in one go? I'm in that waiting place too - stressful stuff.

Hi, Has anyone heard anything back re their applications? I think I have a strong application (10 yrs in social care, working 1:1 with high function adults with Autism/older male), but as time goes on I am starting to wonder....I know interviews arent for a few weeks, but if anyone has received any ...

No it just came through - I think because I have not submitted yet! It was a reminder of deadline and had the reference deadline on it too. Still haven't submitted, but I'm just about there now. Exciting times ahead hopefully.
