That's the KSA rather than the KSA. I was a pwp in 08-09,but didn't get this. I wasn't aware of it at the time.

I've never heard of that. The only KSFs I am aware of were those you completed if applying for high intensity training without a core profession.

Agreed! My approach is just to wade into debates and start chatting away. There are various regularly scheduled discussions that go on - #clinpsyramble and #bigmadchat are ones that I've enjoyed before now.
