A colleague of mine that has been with the service for some time and was previously PCMHW like yourself but due to their wealth of experience wanted to go for HI rather than LI was successful. Agree with what others are saying - it certainly sounds like you'd be a good candidate for a PWP post but I would expect you'd struggle getting onto a HI post.

In our service the only people who made it onto the HI course were experienced mental health nurses and PCMHWs with 3-4 years experience.

It says on the advert that it will be the end of June before anyone is notified. However from past experience I wouldn't be at all surprised if it's longer!

I've applied for a HI post...hoping I get an interview.
