Re: Talking about complex ideas in simple words

my quick go at describing working in a personality disorder team: i work with people who have had a really bad start in life, where other people have sometimes hurt them. This means that sometimes they feel really sad, scared, angry or confused and will often hurt themselves in order to get others t...

Re: BPS/DCP member - favourable in application?

Hi Whilst some job applications may put it down as desirable, I am aware of no situation in which a suitable candidate would be turned down because they weren't a member of the BPS/DCP. Re: UEA Literacy and Numeracy Test

Re: The use of "consultant" as a professional title

The BPS has a consultation out about the use of the title "consultant" and the child faculty, myself and a few of my peers are writing quite a robust response. I wondered if there would be any support for something similar to also be submitted on behalf of the forum? My own views: 1) Consultant sho...

(and Leave had already started rowing back on that whol £350 million for the NHS stuff...)

Re: Poll: EU In or Out?

Whilst I have my own concerns with the EU (predominantly around accountability/the democracy of it) I have been completely underwhelmed by the Leave campaigns frothy vaguesness and complete 'head in sand' denial of anything that doesnt support their view - Lukewarm vote from me.

Re: Re UK referendum
