It sounds like you have good experience, I would look at another AP role in a different population or a RA job where you can develop your research skills. I wouldn’t think you’d need anything else academic but if it’s something you’d really enjoy then go for it!

I cheat a little bit in my structuring of essays in exams in that I usually leave the introduction until last! So what I do is I’ll write a plan of the essay including roughly what I’ll talk about in each paragraph then I’ll start writing the introduction but leave a big space and continue with the ...

That’s so true - I know the whole ‘read the question thoroughly’ is an obvious for exams but honestly with this one the time pressure was immense and that panic really does set in - for two questions I really messed up as I started giving lots of answers before reading the ‘pick three’ again, stupid...
