Re: Other factors relevant in assessing your application?

Hi all Thanks for the replies, really helpful. I suppose I hadn't even considered not reflecting on this, just whether or not I would mention the circumstances. I think like blue86 says, we hear so much about reflection! I think just putting a short sentence as suggested by Miriam gives the marker a...

Re: Other factors relevant in assessing your application?

Hi all, in relation to this, I'm delaying submitting as I can't decide about something in this section. Basically i have written a few brief lines about the anomaly in my academic record (a level results a lot lower than all my other qualifications). I know my degree etc and transcripts are included...

Re: PWP's / Trainees - Experience before you got your post

Hi all I think this is helpful. In my experience when looking for jobs, I heard a lot about what was needed. Having started the PWP course last year, it is clear that there is a wide range of experience in my trainee group. Briefly my experience is as follows: Current - Trainee PWP (NHS) Education -...

Re: IAPT shortlistings/success?

Hey

Yeh you're right, they did say they would contact everyone. So, hopefully they will, but perhaps by letter? Its up to you, maybe leave it a couple of days incase you hear. Although, that's easy for me to say as I've heard so I know the waiting is horrible!x

Re: IAPT shortlistings/success?

Hey z3m

I heard back on Monday by phone to say I was successful, so I assume that's when they told everyone, sorry not saying something better for you! : ( I might be wrong, but would have thought they'd have contacted everyone one the same day xx

Re: Progress thread for Clinical Psychology applications 201

[quote="Butterfly87"]Good luck to every one at Lancaster tomorrow! Quick question if anyone knows as I cant find it noted anywhere - is it casual clothes for the assessment? Hi I remember reading on one of the test threads (not for Lancaster) that it is casual so I'm sure the same applies. It's not ...

Re: Servers on the clearing house website!!

Re: Bradford AP shortlist

Hey Bubbly I applied for this too and as, like you say the interviews are due to be in a week, I thought I'd just give recruitment a call yesterday to ask them if shortlisting had been completed. The lady I spoke to said they had received over 300apps (!) and when she asked for my name she said I wa...
