I work as a PWP for a voluntary sector organisation that is partner to an NHS trust and I'm involved in research that is specifically related to the organisation ethos but the NHS partner has had all its funding for research cut. I did my training with Turning Point and thoroughly enjoyed it. I know teams will vary across the service but the emphasis on client's needs, clinical practice and staff development worked really well.
