Psychologists wanted: five-minute online survey on Mental Capacity

Post by ka278 » Mon Jul 15, 2019 10:30 am

Hello,

We invite you to take part in a short survey, looking at perspectives of mental capacity assessments across different professions. Any professional who has undertaken a mental capacity assessment is eligible to take part. We especially welcome the views of clinical psychologists, trainees and assistant psychologists who have this experience.

If you would like to take part, please click on the link below. This will direct you to an information sheet and from there you can decide whether you would like to take part. You have the right to withdraw your participation at any point before submission. Survey responses are anonymised, so once you have completed the survey, we will be unable to withdraw your response. We do not anticipate any risks.

The study has been approved by King's College London's College Ethics Committee.

You might find it helpful to contact Dr Judith Freedman, as she was always the hub of a network of expert witnesses, and might be able to pass on our link to her mailing list. I'll email you her details.
