Staff in acute psychiatric settings - ADVICE

Post by becky1989 » Sun Jan 19, 2020 3:25 pm

Hi everyone!

I’ve just popped on for some advice. I’m currently in the planning stages of my thesis

I’m interested in recruiting non-qualified staff who are based in acute psychiatric settings nationwide, e.g. domestic workers, admin workers, maintenance workers, HCAs as long as they have some contact with patients on the wards (even if this is just to say hello whilst going about their duties). However I’m trying to figure out how I could reach out to this group of people. Professional is a tad easier as I could target registration bodies etc but in my case this is more tricky!

Does anyone have any tips??

Thanks in advance!!
