sources of funding for conference attendance?

Post by faz121 » Thu May 15, 2014 12:36 pm

Hi all,

I'm hoping that someone may be able to help me...I am due to present at the BABCP conference in July but unfortunately I don't have any funding to attend (I'm a trainee and at our uni we have a research fund but unfortunately I used this all already). I was wondering if anyone knows of any potential sources of funding that I could apply for? I have already tried the uni itself but unfortunately I've just missed their deadline!

Any help greatly appreciated!

If you are a BPS member, the PQG and PAG offer various bursaries, I think.

PsyPAG offer some conference and travel bursaries which might help you out a bit. (http://www.psypag.co.uk/bursaries-2/)
