Totally take it! Makes me cry like something's broken, but in a kind of 'I'm experiencing life in all its colour and complexity' sort of way. Mindfulness for Misery!

Leave: a satsuma that has been optimistically placed on my desk all day, but it's probably not going to happen. It's fresh, and I should eat it, but I just don't want to.
