Helpful client resources

Post by Ruthie » Tue May 24, 2011 12:03 pm

Here is the beginnings of a collection of free resources for clients and clinicians on the web. I thought it would be helpful to share the best resources! If anyone finds anything more, then please add them below and I (or one of the other mods) can incorporate them into the main post.

Thanks!

http://www.edspace.org.uk has a good page on various self-help resources including the Moodjuice booklets mentioned above, general information in the Talking About...booklets and Lothian Psychological Interventions Network booklets.

It is an Edinburgh based site, but includes useful general resources too.
