You're not calling for help, are you?! ;)

Sadly I think Mysty has taken her info down, or perhaps it has moved as the link doesn't work anymore :(

Hi there everyone - just wondering if anyone is aware of any good materials or web pages for resources to use with children/in a CAMHS setting? Any help you could give me would be very much appreciated! :)

Just taken a look at this and it looks really good! Much better than some of the others I have seen. Do you guys have plans for any different apps?

Greg :)

Does anyone know of any links to resources, leaflets, worksheets, websites etc in foreign languages?

I'm increasingly noticing in my work place that a lack of such materials means that those whose English is limited are in effect receiving a different service to those who aren't. It would be great to be able to provide something of use to these clients, especially when they have some understanding and it feels like something in their own language would just facilitate the conversation a bit more to a point of usefulness for them.

Thanks in advance!

There are a number of helpful translated materials here too, I don't know if you've already checked it out from the first post

I though I register with the forum to answer the question about resources in other languages :)

I recently had an idea of developing a self-help mental health information and resource blog in Polish for Poles in the UK- http://www.oddamczarnegopsa.blogspot.co.uk (the title is a reference to the 'I had a black dog' book). I try to include any free materials and translations I find online plus some of my own, information about books which can be ordered (both paper and electronic copies), information about support groups such as AA and telephone crisis support. There are also some relaxation materials and I will try to add things which I think could be helpful. If there is anything in particular you need information on in Polish let me know and I will try to find out more!

I recently came across the following links in multiple languages, which I have found very helpful.

Translations of the PHQ-9 and GAD-7:
http://www.iapt.nhs.uk/equalities/translations/
http://www.phqscreeners.com/

Translated self help materials:
http://www.londonhp.nhs.uk/services/men ... materials/

Leaflets, key facts, information about a range of things such as anxiety, panic and phobias, bereavement, bipolar, Alzheimer's and dementia, CBT, antidepressants, depression, sleep, self harm, bereavement...
