Wisc results

Post by Bluejules » Sat Mar 09, 2019 7:57 am

Hi, I was hoping to tap into the hive mind and invite you to share how you explain the wisc subtests to young people and parents in layman terms.
For example, I would explain working memory is like mental maths, holding information in mind (numbers) and working out a sum.
Many thanks

Hi, check out the interpretive reports on the pearson website - they have really good, common sense explanations and recommendations you can make for different scores. Not absolute comprehensive as will depend on an individuals scores, but a good place to start.
