PWP Interview - please help

Post by ronaldo2011 » Mon Jul 04, 2011 7:08 pm

Hi everyone,

I have been asked to attend an interview for a trainee PWP post, and I was wondering if there is anyone on here who has recently had such interview, and if yes, what sort of questions have been asked. The thing is this is my first interview for a PWP post and I am wondering how much I need to prepare myself. Any help will be highly appreciated.

Hey,

The type of questions you'll get at this stage in PWP development are:

1) recent advancements in IAPT/PWP role
2) role of supervision
3) situation you've been criticised and how you handled it
4) how you work in a team
5) what are the LI interventions/PWP way of working

I think that's as much general guidance as I can give on the forum.

It could be a big bonus to mention anything about diversity also.

best wishes
