UCL PWP applications
Re: UCL PWP applications
Brilliant!
All the best.
All the best.
Re: UCL PWP applications
Presume no one else has heard anything back?
Re: UCL PWP applications
Just for context, I selected ELFT (tower hamlets) and CANDI as my preferences, so others who didn't select ELFT may take a few more days I guess?
Re: UCL PWP applications
Yeah for sure, I hope everyone else hears soon!
Re: UCL PWP applications
I emailed Hounslow directly and found out I was unsuccessful. This was the email I got, Thank you for taking an interest in the Hounslow IAPT service. The shortlisting was very competitive this time round. You had made the second shortlist but have not been shortlisted for interview on this occasion. We only have 2 places for trainees. You are on the reserve list so if someone drops out and your name is at the top, you may be offered an interview.
Please do apply again. There will be another round of recruitment and we will have 3 places. The recruitment usually happens around October/ November so keep checking the UCL website.
Does anyone know if this means I’m automatically rejected for my second preference too?

Re: UCL PWP applications
I can’t see why it would mean an automatic rejection from your second preference, though I’m not familiar with the process they use so can’t be sure.Shah99 wrote: ↑Wed Jul 01, 2020 2:09 pmI emailed Hounslow directly and found out I was unsuccessful. Oh, I'm sorry Shah99! not too sure if that means automatically not considered for others; I would think it would work separately- I think perhaps email UCL and see if you have a chance with the other service?Shah99 wrote: ↑Wed Jul 01, 2020 2:09 pmI emailed Hounslow directly and found out I was unsuccessful. Re: UCL PWP applications
Really sorry to hear that, I would speak to ucl too if you don’t hear anymore because sometimes you will be interviewed by a service that wasn’t one of your preferences if another service in London liked your application
Re: UCL PWP applications
just curious, suuzee - did you find out quite late on in the day?
