Reserve lists for places

Just to update people on the Sheffield reserve list. I’ve emailed them and have been told there are 6 people left to decide and the reserve list has moved two places.

They offer a place as soon as it's available, I was number 2 on the reserve list and was offered a place a few weeks ago via email. I've just accepted another place through the clearing house so number 3 should get an offer soon (presumably tomorrow).

For anyone wanting an update on the UCL reserve list, as of Wednesday morning it had moved 1 place and there were 7 people yet to confirm. Last year there wasn't any movement but the year before that it moved by 8 so seems pretty unpredictable, but hopefully there'll be some more movement!

Bangor ---> Bangor (6th reserve)
Leeds ---> Leeds
Liverpool ---> Liverpool

I will be accepting Liverpool so there will be movement for Bangor and Leeds. Hope that is good news for someone!

I was on the reserve list for Exeter but have accepted a place at South Wales, so there'll be one less person on the list.

Hi all, I've just found out I'm on the reserve list for Staffordshire (my ideal course!) so would really appreciate any updates on movement. They have not informed me what place on the reserve list I am on.

For anyone with experience of reserve lists.... Is there often much movement? I can appreciate that each course and each year is unique but I want to manage my expectations as much as possible. I'm aware that Staffordshire are one of the last courses to send out offers so the reality (in my mind) is that withdrawals at this point will be unlikely..
