Re: AP and other relevant posts you might not have spotted
There's an AP post going in ABERGAVENNY, GWENT - I think there was an initial typo in the job advert saying they want 'physiologists' but it's been fixed now:
http://jobseekers.direct.gov.uk/detailj ... =ABF/29110
If that doesn't work you can use this reference:
Job No:ABF/29110SOC Code:2212
Or type in 'psychology', and it'll be one of very few of the results.

Assistant clinical (forensic) psychologist practitionerKent
http://www.jobs.ac.uk/job/ADY363/assist ... x-6-posts/
These look interesting.
The Role
The School of Psycholoy are seeking to appoint 6 Assistant Clinical (Forensic) Psychologist Practitioners on a part time (namely 0.4fte) post for a duration of 1 year. This position will involve assisting an HPC registered clinician-on a practical level-in implementing a new six month treatment programme devised for fire setters who reside in prison. The project is funded by an ESRC grant awarded to Dr Theresa Gannon. The treatment programme is semi-structured allowing clinical flexibility. Full training regarding the treatment provision will be provided prior to commencement of the group treatment. It is expected that the successful candidate will spend much of their time in secure prison establishments (minimum 1 day per week) delivering the treatment programme although they will be provided with desk space at the University. It is anticipated that treatment will be undertaken in two local prisons in Kent. However, there may be opportunities in the Isle of Wight for any assistant practitioner located in this vicinity.

Hi everyone this is my first post and i hope not my last.
Im currently in Liverpool and needed to know if you know of any places that i could gain some relevent experience from. I have none so cannot get into anywhere, as they all require prior experience, it has become a vicious circle. Please do let me know. Thank you
Kermit.

The above post seems really dubious. There is no phone number or company name. I have emailed them to discuss the post further and did not recieve any emails back. I think it might be a scam. Anyone know anything about the company?

I also found the above link and also it seems to be fraudulent. Again I emailed them, but got no answer back. I am a bit concerned as I send out my CV and an application letter and it has quite alot of details about me.
