I was Thurs morning which was nice as I didn't have long to wait to find out. I'm so excited! Are you having to relocate for it?

so jealous :( I LOVED living in Oxford and hated tearing myself away from the place, I hope you all enjoy it there as much as I did!

Hi I at Leicester and have me first placement in Northampton. I'v heard Oxford trainees go there too... was just wondering if thats true as I may meet some of you! :)

yes, about 4 of our cohort have placements in Northampton and 1 in Kettering, not sure which exact places though. You will probably meet some of us at some point! In a few years the Leicester course will take over the Northampton placements, but unfortunately it'll be too late for us and we'll just have to make the long commute!

Northampton is about equidistant from Leicester and Oxford, and quite a popular place for placements. If you do a child placement there you might see me about, although I'm currently on maternity leave.

Sorry about my bad spelling. I'm not at CAMHS but maybe i'll see some trainees out on placement. It will be nice if I'm not all on my own! When are you starting your placements?

we start ours on Monday! will let the Northampton placementers know to look out for other trainees!

Oh you start a lot sooner. We aren't out till the 11th Nov. You can warn me if its no fun! We have about 4 of us too in diff services so they'll prob see at least one of us. Good luck!
