The New Book Review Thread

Post by jjmaher87 »

I have decided to start a new thread for book reviews as the old ones have become a bit muddled. Here is the list of current books that are available for review. Please see the guidance for reviewing here

- All We Have to Fear - Psychiatry's transformation of Natural Anxieties into Mental Disorders
- Sleep
- Professional and Therapeutic Boundaries in Forensic Mental Health Practice
- Child Protection Systems in the United Kingdom
- The Sublime Object of Psychiatry
- The Psychology of Ageing
- Understanding Costs and Outcomes in Child Welfare Services
- Evaluation for Personal Injury Claims
- Therapeutic Milieu Under Fire
- The Art and Science of Motivation
- Neurobiology of Mental Illness (this is quite a large book!)

Let me know if anyone is interested in reviewing one of these titles

I'd be really interested in reviewing the psychology of ageing.

Could you let me know if that is possible.

Many thanks.

Hi,

I might be interested in the professional and therapeutic boundaries in forensic settings book. Would you be able to send me the synopsis of the book so that I can find out a bit more about it?
