First RA interview

Post by TheMind » Sat Jul 09, 2016 11:46 pm

Hello all,

I hope you're well. I have an interview next week for a RA position - my first ever so very nervous! The post looks at research interventions for patients with Psychosis (which is something I have always wanted!) and it will be based at East London Foundation Trust. I have read into the NIHR and CRN networks and how these come together to provide research in the NHS.

My anxiety about this interview is coming from the fact i have never done research within the NHS before and therefore feel a bit lacking in how it all works!

Is there anything i should be looking into specifically or are there things that are typically asked?

Thank you for all your help

I think ELFT use Stefan Priebe's DIALOG+ outcome measure/intervention, so that might be worth a look. Not sure if they use it in EIS.

What can you glean about their EI services from their website?
