'Explain a way in which you have worked psychologically

Post by lissa » Sun Jul 17, 2016 9:38 am

In a recent interview, I got asked the above question. I unfortunately didn't get the position and have been deliberating the answer I provided to this question.

I was just wondering how other people would answer this question? Would you focus on model use, or supporting someone in a psychological way etc?

Has anyone else been asked this or a similar question before?

Thanks, Lissa :D

The question is very broad. As you say, you could talk about a particular model. Equally, that's by no means necessary. You might talk about psychological theory has informed the way you work more generally.

What did you answer and what has made you reflect on it?
