Clinical Psychology for Trainees 2011 print versus new 2014 version

Wanting some advice on this if anyone has any! :)

I'm planning to apply for the doctorate this year and to prepare I'd like to buy the above book. However, it's about £40 on Amazon, which I can't afford, and about £36 on Wordery, which is again too pricey; a second hand copy of the old edition is available for about £12. I'm just wondering if the old version is good enough for application prep. What do people think?
